The Polisci department has an annual get together for majors, minors, and the interested wherein free pizza is offered.

Victory shall be had this luncheon. What could be better than pizza with a bunch of polisci majors?

Also, on musing and concept prompt from a parental unit (what if we banned law degrees from elected officials?), came up with strange system of government:

Ban law degrees and MBAs from elected officials, require at minimum a polisci minor.
So you have Tier 1, Polisci Theorists, who form theory and propositions.
Tier 2 are Polisci majors, but they are Public Policy specialists, capable at instituting ideas as laws -- they rewrite Tier 1apos;s thoughts into something that can be understood as a law.
Tier 3 are a corps of lawyers, who rewrite Tier 2apos;s law to not be riddled with loopholes and oversights.

The law then goes back to Tier 1 for reapproval or have them say it causes theory problems. Once Tiers 1-3 have settled things, it is handed over to some form of executive branch.

Just...random thought process, of hwo to layer a political system without actually killing it.
